Our mission is to ignite the practice of collective leadership to create a world that is more peaceful, prosperous and just for all.

We believe a more peaceful, prosperous and just world is possible.

We believe actions can be generative or destructive—there is no neutral impact.

We commit to empowering and supporting leadership in others.
